Beginning at the Shannon River in County Galway, you’ll ride approximately 140 miles through scenic, rural Ireland and unique Burren region all the way to the west coast!
Enjoy a variety of landscapes from bog, forests, rivers, lakes, and the Burren National Park as you pass by ancient ring forts, tombs, and castles.
This stunning ride ends overlooking the mighty Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands, and the mighty Atlantic Ocean!
Nestled in the rolling hills of the Slieve Aughty mountains, your home for the first 4 nights are in a lovingly restored 300-year old farmhouse that looks like it’s torn from the pages of Hansel and Gretel! All meals are home cooked with many ingredients sourced directly from the organic farm garden. A full Irish breakfast and 3 course dinner is served in the old stone farmhouse in front of a peat fire. A scrumptious picnic or buffet is served on the trail on the riding days!
Other nights you will stay in a B&B with dinner in a local pub or restaurant with traditional music and sessions and a hotel in Lisdoonvarna. This charming village has a great nightlife scene with lively pubs and evening entertainment.
